Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it back to us within 14 days for a full return.
The item/items need to be in their original condition, unworn with all tags still attached and within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
If you return items outside the 14-day return period, we will be unable to process your return.
If you do return it after the time specified, and you require the item returning to you, you will be required to pay the cost of the postage.
Please note, refunds will not be given on items deemed unfit for resale. Reasons include:-

Tags must still be attached

Stains including makeup and fake tan

Odours including perfume, washing powder, animals, etc.

Alterations to the garment

Having been washed
If the item/items meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free, stain free, with all tags attached) a refund will normally be made within 14
working days of receipt. If you have not received a refund after 14 working days, please contact our Customer Services Department at

How To Make A Return
Please fully complete the Returns Form you receive with your order. If you do not have a Returns Form within your parcel, please contact us at info@curbculture.co.uk
Please note we cannot take responsibility for returned parcels until they are back in our care. We therefore recommend you return them via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked.
The item must be repacked, along with the returns form in the same condition as it was received.
Return to the address detailed on the Returns Form.
Curb culture cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.
Curb culture does not cover the cost of returning the item.
Curb culture does not refund the original delivery cost if within 14 days of its receipt, the customer has either not returned it to curb culture or informing curb culture of their intention to do so.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice Curb culture does not cover the cost of returning the item.
Returning An Incorrect Or Faulty Shipped Item
When you purchase from us we check the details you provided and we check the outgoing items you ordered. If we have made a mistake and shipped an incorrect item we will be happy to resolve the issue. Please contact us via email info@curbculture.co.uk Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches us safely.
